Cancellation policy: In the case of inclement weather causing the port to close, we offer to reschedule once the port re-open's. If the port does not re-open during your stay in Los Cabos, a full refund will be provided. In the case of personal circumstances, 2 weeks prior or longer before your charter, a full refund of the deposit is provided. Less than 2 weeks notice, deposit is refunded in the form of a gift card If we are able to re-book your space quickly after you cancel, we are open to being flexible about a full refund, at our discretion, and if ample notice is given
